Professional Experience

In the process of accomplishing much business success, Mr. Todd became increasingly involved with the achievement methods themselves.  As a result, in 1995 he turned his full attention to organizational development through his consulting firm, The Prevail Organization. Today, in addition to spearheading Prevail’s consulting projects, he is one of a select group of consultants authorized to convey the most effective, proven methodologies for organizational thinking – the products of Dr. Edward de Bono. The Serious Creativity process is designed for organizations seeking innovation and strategic leadership skills designed to produce higher levels of discretionary effort from their employee culture.

Mr. Todd has accumulated a wealth of knowledge over the years and has honed his skills within the areas of: Directed Focus Thinking, Collaborative Thinking and Creative Thinking, each of which places the transfer of knowledge squarely in a business context. He helps organizations achieve the levels of customer intimacy, operational excellence and leadership to which they aspire, and transfer knowledge according to the broader group objective. Mr. Todd believes that skill sets can be grounded in human behavior and driven by what and how people share what they know with each other and beyond to stakeholders.

Grant Todd’s association with Dr. Edward de Bono, has lead him to a project of international proportions; Mr. Todd has adapted Dr. de Bono’s Parallel Thinking methodology for a unique application to the deliberation process in court trials. The process has been reviewed by a national ABA committee of state trial judges and has been used in actual trials by both Judges and Juries and and has been successfully tested in Michigan and Wisconsin.
